Service Description
This 60-minute Hatha yoga class is designed to help you tune inward, build strength, and cultivate presence. We’ll move through powerful yet mindful postures to awaken energy, develop stability, and create space for stillness within. The session will close with a short live sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls, rain sound, or chimes to harmonize your energy and invite deep relaxation. Suitable for every body 🤍

Cancellation Policy
You can book or reschedule your sessions anytime through your online account as long as spots are available. If something comes up and you can’t make it, please do your best to cancel in advance so the spot can go to someone else — I understand that life happens, and I'm always happy to accommodate. If a class is full, feel free to join the waitlist. When a spot opens, it will be held for 10 minutes for the next person in line before being released to the following person. My goal is to make your experience flexible and stress-free, while respecting everyone’s time and space. Thank you for practicing with care and kindness!
